Returns & Exchanges
Whilst we want you to be fully happy with your purchase unfortunately we are unable to accept returns at this time due to issues with the pandemic unless the item is faulty. Note, all items are checked and photographed before delivery so proof of your faulty item will be required and assessed.
Note, you are solely responsible for returning your item/s, so we recommend using a trackable service. Cost of initial delivery for your item/s will not be returned.
Processing your return.
To process a return, please contact us via direct message on Instagram @_forthedreamers or email email@example.com with your order number, item/s being returned and the reason for returning. Once we have confirmed your return via email, we will advise you of a returns address.
Note we are not able to offer a refund for returned goods, which are returned because the customer wishes to avoid paying any customs duties imposed. Also, we can only return cost of items once we receive them. Proof of the return (in the form of a photograph or consignment receipt showing delivery address and paid delivery) may be required so please ensure you obtain proof in case there are any issues with delivery.
